Notice that we said top quality – not above average or very high quality – top quality. We search for Asian teas whose excellence has been recognized by independent authorities. These are the only teas we serve to you.

Awards for Our Japanese Collection: First, there is a prestigious award from the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, honouring our supplier/partner for his fine Estate Grown Shizuoka Green Tea. Next, are two gold medals from the International Famous Tea Evaluation Committee – 2001 in Japan and 2002 in Korea. The third award was a gold medal from The International Institute of Tea Science and Culture – 2005 in New York. Finally, the tea in our Japanese Collection won the gold medal at the 6th International Tea Appraisal – 2006 in Hong Kong.
