What makes EATeaCompany.com Secure?

SSL Technology: We use the industry standard (SSL) server which is the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. All of your information including credit card and personal information is encrypted. This means no one else can read it!
Returns and Exchanges:

If you recieved a damaged product, please contact us and we will instruct you on how to proceed with the return. Please do not ship the tea back prior to contacting us. You may return your merchandise by completing the following:

  • Return or exchange unopened merchandise in its original condition within 20 days of its receipt for a full refund of the cost of the merchandise. If exchanged, we will pay domestic ground shipping for the new tea to be shipped back to you. Sorry, customers outside the U.S.A. are required to pay all shipping charges for any desired exchanges.

    DURING THE CHRISTMAS SEASON, THE RETURN/EXCHANGE DEADLINE IS EXTENDED UNTIL JANUARY 15TH.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return/exchange is the result of our error.
  • Expect a refund within 7 to 14 days after we have received your return) in the same form of payment that was used for the purchase.
  • Please carefully package your return, ideally in the same carton that we used to ship it to you along with its packing materials. Enclose a copy of the sales receipt. We recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post from USPS. Ship via ground method, and insure your package. We cannot handle your return any quicker, so do not ship back using express shipping.
  • Email us at info@eateacompany.com if you would like to discuss matters relating to your exchange.
  • Be certain that you include instructions inside the parcel regarding your return or exchange.

  • Returned merchandise from large quantity orders will be subject to a re-stocking charge. Wholesale/B2B purchases are final sales and not refundable. Special orders are final sales and are not refundable.

How to Shop

Shopping is made easy at the E&A Tea Company. First select Tea Shoppe, then select the region or style of the teas you wish to browse. To request a larger image or more information on the product you can click on the image or the product title.

Shopping Online:

  • To add an item: from a product page, select the options and click [Add To Cart]
  • Review and Edit Selections: You may review and edit your orders directly from the cart.
  • To resume shopping: Simply click the "Continue Shopping" button to return to the previous page.
  • To change the quantity: Once a product is added to the cart simply update the Quantity field in the cart and click "Recalculate"
  • To remove an item: enter "0" in the item "Quantity." field and click the "Recalculate" button.
  • Select your shipping options: To select your form of shipping click the desired shipping option from the options presented. Type the shipping postal code -where you want the teas to be delivered. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, check the box at the bottom of the shopping cart page labeled (Use a separate shipping address).
  • Select your payment method: Use the "Select Payment Type" pull down menu to select the form of payment you wish to use.
  • Complete the checkout process: Press continue to go to our secure form to enter in your personal information.
  • Credit Card Verification Value (CVV2) Number: Include your Credit card Verification Value -This is the 3 number value usually located on the back of your card

Ordering by Mail:

Customers who wish to order by check or money order may do so by mailing a
print out of our order form from the website. You may also write your name,
phone number, address, items you wish to purchase, (please include shipping)
on a piece of paper and your personal check (ALLOW 12 BUSINESS DAYS FOR A PERSONAL CHECK TO CLEAR BEFORE WE SHIP YOUR ORDER) or money order and mail to:

Domestic Shipping Policy

Every effort is made to ship your tea within 48 hours of receipt Monday thru Friday, pending availability (we generally ship even faster). You'll be notified if merchandise is currently unavailable and when we expect to be able to ship. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped together.  

International Shipping Policies

Attention International Customers: We are happy to ship internationally but we only accept US credit cards at this time. We suggest that you consider buying a six-pack as that will lower the shipping cost per box.

Quantity Orders

All large quantity orders that are returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Wholesale/B2B purchases are final sales and not refundable.

Our Guarantee:

You must be completely satisfied with your order. If not, we will gladly
refund your money or replace any item ordered by Internet, mail or phone
within 20 days of delivery.

For the Christmas season, our exchange/return deadline will be extended until January 15. Have a happy holiday season.

Order Confirmation

After you have "Submitted Your Order", you will be given your "Order Confirmation"'.
Print your order confirmation and save it for your records.

A Copy of your order confirmation will also be emailed to you.
We will personally send you an e-mail to let you know the status of your order, and when you can expect shipment.
