Our Japanese Collection: Shizuoka Prefecture’s perfect growing conditions produce the finest green tea harvests in Japan. Careful selection of only the best young leaves, along with our deep steaming process, create the uniquely satisfying taste of E&A’s award-winning green tea.
| Premium Sencha Green Tea: Sencha green tea is well known for its refined taste and abundant antioxidants. We add more exclusive leaf selection and deep steaming to give our Premium Sencha smoother body, more savoury flavour, truly green colour and delicate natural sweetness. Genmaicha Matcha: Perfectly roasted brown rice (Genmai), added to Sencha green tea, creates a subtle nutty taste and toasted aroma. To increase the flavour’s intensity and to preserve proper colour, we add a touch of finely ground green tea (Matcha). This tea has always been popular with Western tea drinkers. Houjicha: Naturally low in caffeine, and known for its settling digestive effect, Houjicha is the only roasted green tea in our Japanese Collection. Its smooth body and toasty flavour make it the perfect compliment for any meal. |
